General Information

The 2009 International Conference on Software Technology and Engineering (ICSTE 2009) will be held in Chennai, India during July 24-26, 2009. The aim objective of ICSTE 2009 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Software Technology and Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. The conference proceeding will be published by the World Scientific Press, which will be indexed by the Ei Compendex, ISI Proceeding and other indexing services.

2009.04.24. Important Notice! As the IEEE Computer Society and Conference Publishing Services have temporarily suspended production services for non-sponsored conferences. We finally decide to have World Scientific Press to publish the ICSTE 2009 proceeding. Effected by the change of publishing press, the conference date have to be postpone to July 24-26, 2009, as well as the registration due date. We are so sorry for the inconveniences caused by us.

Authors should format the papers using the new template of World Scientific Press. (DOC, LaTeX)

Apr. 18, 2009: Kindly note that Only the registered papers will be included in the proceeding. To finish the registration, please send the Final Paper, Filled Copyright Form, Filled Registration form and Scanned Payment to us, totally FOUR items.

Apr. 17, 2009: Good News! The local authors of India can only pay 80% of the normal registration fee.

Mar. 11, 2009: News! Prof. Josie Arnold from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia will delivery a keynote speech at the ICSTE 2009.

Mar. 10, 2009: News! Prof. San Murugesan from University of Western Sydney, NSW, Australia will delivery a keynote speech at the ICSTE 2009.
