2026 16th International Conference on Software Technology and Engineering (ICSTE 2026) will be held in Kobe, Japan during December 18-20, 2026, sponsored by University of Hyogo. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government who are working in the field of software technology and engineering to discourse on research and development, professional practice in related fields.
The conference program will feature keynote sessions, session keynote speeches, technical sessions, and academic visit. Distinguished speakers will be invited to deliver keynote and invited speeches on software technology and engineering. Attendees will have the opportunity to interface with experts from all related fields.

All authors should prepare full version of papers with minimum length of 5 pages and submit via submission system: https://www.zmeeting.org/submission/icste2026. Please submit only your abstracts if you don't intend to publish full papers.
To be considered for final acceptance and publication, each paper MUST have at least one paid full registration by the registration deadline. Papers that do not adhere to this requirement will be excluded in the proceedings.
Kobe is a beautiful port city in Hyogo Prefecture, western Japan, situated between Osaka Bay and the Rokko Mountains. As one of Japan’s first international trade ports, it has a unique multicultural vibe, with historic Western residences and a lively Chinatown. It is world-famous for its high-quality Kobe beef. The city also has Arima Onsen, one of Japan’s oldest hot spring areas. Though hit hard by the 1995 earthquake, Kobe recovered strongly. Today, it combines tradition and modernity, making it a charming and resilient city.
